Relay For Life is an overnight campus event in which teams camp out over night and take turns walking the track for the event's 16 hour duration. There is a carnival/party like atmosphere with music, games, food, activities, etc, which encourage people to camp out overnight to signify that cancer never sleeps. Students, faculty, family and friends alike, all join together to celebrate our survivor
s, remember those we have lost, and fight back against this horrible disease. Together with the American Cancer Society, the Relay For Life of WPI is working to create a world with less cancer and more birthdays
