Hello every! Update for 2026 we are Alive and active!! The company is currently working on a smaller project to help produce income for the down payment needed to secure a loan. 10% down only would be $60k. We are currently sitting at 10k and the city is amping up plans to sell the property and we want to be in the best position possible to be first in line. In order to help us achieve this, we are considering partnering with other established organizations that can help take this project to the next level!
