Today the Lord Lyon attended the opening by the First Minister Rt Hon John Swinney MSP of the innovative Kanzen Centre in Dundee.

The Kanzen Project promotes building of a better life by way of physical activity and wellbeing. It targets young people to build resilience by engaging 1200+ every week.
