At Breathing Access, we miss our kiddos!
These unprecedented times are hard on the young ones, too, so let us all take every opportunity to encourage their coping skills and healing. There is an overwhelming amount of evidence that demonstrates the ways in which yoga poses, breathing techniques, and mindfulness provide enormous benefits to children. These practices dramatically reduce violence and aggression, noncompliance, social withdrawal and hyperactivity, and most notably, they decrease stress and increase self-control.
