☀️ What an amazing first week of Summer Camp! ☀️

We wrapped up our first week filled with laughter, learning, new friendships, and so much fun! From creative projects and active games to outdoor adventures, exciting field trips, and time spent with friends, our campers jumped right into summer fun and made memories they'll never forget!

Seeing the smiles, hearing the laughter, and watching children build confidence and connections has been the perfect start to an incredible summer. We are so grateful to our staff, families, and campers for making Week 1 such a success!

Here's to many more weeks of fun, friendship, and unforgettable summer adventures ahead!

Congratulations to our young moms for successfully completing our "What You Do Matters!" series of classes.

Through this series, parents gained valuable knowledge about child and brain development, the importance of parent-child interactions, and the importance of establishing healthy routines from day one. Participants also attended an Infant CPR class, which provided critical life-saving skills and training for parents and caregivers of young children.

We are proud of each participant for their commitment to learning and investing in their children's healthy growth and development. Keep up the great work!

On May 28th, Imprints Cares hosted our highly anticipated Parents as Teachers and Family, Friends, and Neighbors graduation ceremony for the rising kindergarteners in our programs. These children and their families have worked with our family educators for years and have formed close bonds, making this event even more special to all of them. There was joy and excitement in the air as we celebrated these connections and this significant milestone. Witnessing these families celebrate a multi-year goal was very inspiring! Thank you to the Imprints Cares family educators who helped guide families and for putting on this incredible event!

🧁☕ What a beautiful morning at the Center for Thriving Children! Our little ones celebrated the special people in their lives with Muffins for Mom — sharing tea, muffins, danishes, and fresh fruit together. Each guest went home with the sweetest handmade gift: a framed picture featuring their child's handprint and a heartfelt quote. Moments like these are what childhood memories are made of! 💛🌸

April was Child Abuse Prevention Month, and Imprints Cares is proud to support efforts in our community to prevent child abuse. Pinwheel gardens were put together outside the Downtown Health Plaza and the Center for Thriving Families. A pinwheel represents the happy, healthy childhoods that all children deserve and the commitments from families and organizations in our community that make them possible. At noon on April 30th, we rang bells beside our pinwheel gardens to commemorate the month. Thank you to Parenting Path for organizing Child Abuse Prevention Month activities in our community and to Imprints Cares and Book Harvest staff for their efforts this month to make our community a better place for everyone!

🎡 What a day at Bolton Park! 🎡
This past Saturday, Imprints Cares was delighted to participate in Smart Start of Forsyth County, Inc.'s Community Connection Carnival. This event brought together the most important thing we have — our community. Families came out to enjoy fun games, connect with local resources, and take advantage of free health screenings, all in one place.
Moments like these remind us why we do what we do. When families are supported, children thrive — and seeing so many smiling faces at Bolton Park filled our hearts. 💛
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and to all the organizations that made this event possible. Together, we're building a stronger Forsyth County — one family at a time.
