June's Bach & Brews was another great evening of music, with a variety of themes.

We had jazz-flavored Bach from Eric Shumaker on guitar, sacred vocal music (plus a little Phantom of the Opera) from Hannah Cutter, and a roving musical journey through song with Kristin Chisham and Ryan Linares.

We will be back at Tor Brewing on June 30 for a special event featuring students from the ICT Young Artists Academy! If you love string quartets/trios, etc., this one's for you!

Beethoven & Beer returned to Sandhills Brewing last Thursday for our summer season! We had an evening of great music from Hannah Caswell, Ava Waln, and the members of Wundeshön, an oompah band. Plus, great weather!

Ava Waln knows what it's like to be thrown in the deep end.

As a middle school student, she once found herself performing an impromptu duet with Eric Stambaugh for an entire cafeteria during one of her lessons.

Nothing says "come prepared" quite like a surprise audience.

Fortunately, Ava has had plenty of time since then to hone both her playing and the musical experiences she creates for audiences.

We can't wait to hear what she has in store for Beethoven & Beer this evening.

We're excited to welcome Hannah Caswell back to Beethoven & Beer!

Well, this will be a first.

Wundeshön, a German-style oompah band, is coming to Beethoven & Beer. And honestly, taking Beethoven out of the concert hall and into the pub feels pretty fitting.

This may be a new experience for Classical Revolution ICT, but what could be more Beethoven & Beer than German folk music in a brewery?

Before one of her university performances, Hannah Cutter found herself singing in front of a stage backdrop decorated with dreamy boy-band posters.

The audience loved it.

Not every soprano gets to perform with that kind of support system.
