We're looking forward to participating in this powerful conference and hope to see you there!

We're grateful for the opportunity to discuss Childcare as a Collaborative, Community Priority. Through Shared Cost Childcareยฎ Benefits, oneCOMMUNITY helps:

โœ“ Employers make a smart investment to stabilize their local workforce with an incredible return of their investment.

โœ“ Employees access licensed care in their preferred setting close to home or work at a life-changing fraction of market rates.

โœ“ Childcare providers stabilize and strengthen revenue without requirements to discount or reserve slots.

This is a nonprofit, market-based approach to shared investment in quality licensed childcare that strengthens Kansas families and communities.

Special thanks to partner Child Care Aware of Kansas for their essential leadership and support for the early childhood professional community, and statewide referral support for Kansas families seeking quality licensed childcare.

"Arifa Ibrahim says sheโ€™s always considered herself very career oriented and never thought sheโ€™d leave the workforce of her own accord. Then, she encountered the challenges of being a working mom in the U.S.

Ibrahim is one of some 455,000 women who left the workforce between January and August of 2025, according to Bureau of Labor Statistics data and reported by CNN."

The exodus of working women from the workforce to care for their children is altering career trajectories and hurting the bottom line for employers of all sizes.

Finally, employers of any size can do something about it without providing facilities, taking on additional liability or breaking the bank. Just enroll to offer the Shared Cost Childcareโ„ข Benefit and let oneCOMMUNITY handle the rest.

The Kruse Corporation's renowned Annual Golf Tournament was a huge success today!

They gave nearly 200 golfers the opportunity to have a great time on the course while raising charitable funds benefitting the OneRise Health Campus and oneCOMMUNITY.

We cannot thank the Kruse employees, tournament sponsors and tournament team players enough for their support of nonprofit organizations in our community!
