FCS RANKED TOP 5 in PROVINCE!
20 years ago FCS was just 12 kids and some hand drawn pictures taped to the wall. Today the school serves as one of the foremost examples of what education could be. AND HERE’S WHERE YOU COME IN! We are positioned to hire the remaining teachers to round out our K-12 teaching staff and we need THREE staff houses. Each house costs $11,000 to build for a budget of $33,000 needed by the end of October.
We are incredibly grateful to every donor, sponsor and supporter who has been a part of the excellence thus far, and thank you in advance to all who will be apart of this next major achievement of finishing the Teachers Compound. Please consider donating today so we can build before the rains come.

It is my pleasure to announce that Provincial rankings have been published and F!S ranks in the TOP 5 schools in Luapula for education and academic success. FCS is a beacon of light across the country and the incredible staff are the reason shines so bright!

Clara Wilkinson recently posted this picture on her page. Her caption read, “Testing the water quality of all our local water sources today, armed with a Grade 8 class, a thermometer, pH strips meant for a swimming pool, and a homemade Secchi disk.” That alone is pretty remarkable—but look more closely, what do you see?

A few years back, we built a bright and cheerful western style cafeteria. For children, that are more accustomed to eating outside rarely have used the space for it's purpose. Last year we improved our kitchen and created outdoor insakas (A traditional Bemba term for a "place to gather," typically structured as a circular, open-sided, thatched-roof gazebo). To fill the need for next year's classroom space, we're converting the building into multiple classrooms and storage space. This project will need to be done during this August when the students are on a term break. Learn More and Donate at https://secure.qgiv.com/event/projects/page/4744745/

This week we're highlighting the "Farm" ministry of Choshen Farm. Clara and the team is renovating livestock pens, hosting students from Fimpulu Christian School and gearing up for the annual bulk purchase of our community's grain crops this summer. Learn more and support the Farm by clicking on the picture:
