Go Lloyd is the Transportation Management Association (TMA) for the Lloyd neighborhood. Go Lloyd is a private 501(c)(6) nonprofit organization.

We pride ourselves on being the concierge for Lloyd, and we truly appreciate the people who make the neighborhood thrive. Go Lloyd was founded in 1994 as the Lloyd District Transportation Management Association (TMA). TMAs are public/private partnerships formed so that employers, developers, building owners, and government entities can work collectively to establish policies, programs, and services to address local transportation issues and foster economic development. TMAs are established within a limited geographic area to address the specific needs of their members. In 2014, the Lloyd District TMA changed its name to Go Lloyd to reflect an expanded focus on the economic development aspect of its mission.

Some good news for your Wednesday afternoon: I-5 southbound has wrapped up a week early! Due to optimal weather and hard work, reopening is set to begin tonight (October 7) at 10pm.

Please note that it will take 24 hours to fully reopen, and the lanes are expected to start reopening to traffic sometime midday Thursday, October 8. There will be a short-term closure on the Broadway exit lane as crews remove temporary striping and reinstall permanent striping.

Rainy season is upon us... and if you're on the fence about cycling during the winter, a shiny new pair of fenders can't hurt.

If you are a Lloyd resident or commuter, and do not have fenders on your bike, sign up for our this October. All you need to do is sign up, bring your bike to us, and we will have new fenders installed on your bike, all completely free of charge.

Please register by October 13 if you would like to participate in this service, so we have time to order the right fenders for your bike.

Our last TuneUp Thursday of the year is next week! Join us in Hassalo Plaza next Thursday, September 24 from 4-6pm for a free bike tune-up!

This month, we are trying a different approach to decrease waiting time in the Plaza. This event will not be first-come, first-served, but instead you will sign up for a 15-minute time slot with the mechanic. Click the link in our bio to sign up for your 15-minute slot!

Join us for PARK(ing) Day 2026!

PARK(ing) Day is a day where we shift parking spaces away from cars, and back to the people. All around the world, communities transform parking spaces into a community-centered place to share thoughts, ideas, and join together.

This year, we are paying homage to the recently closed Lloyd Center Mall. We will transform two parking spaces on NE 7th and Multnomah into a space that reminds you of the mall we all know and love. Enjoy some iconic aspects of Lloyd Center, and join in conversation with Go Lloyd about the future of our neighborhood. We hope to see you there!

A friendly reminder that this month is Step-tember, a month encouraging walking. The turn from summer to fall brings the crisp, yet still warm air, absolutely perfect for a leisurely stroll.

Plan ahead: starting Sept. 11, southbound I-5 between I-84 and I-405 will be closed for up to 5 weeks for major road repairs.

We encourage you to start planning for these road closures early, so you can get where you need to be on time. Sign up for updates and alerts so you can stay in the loop.
