📣 This month's volunteer shoutout is for Carmen Keating ( /)!

Carmen is saying goodbye to the AIGA Portland () Board after 6 amazing years and we can't express just how much we appreciate her! She has served as our Womxn Lead Director and has been the organizer behind Sketches & Coffee, the Solo Designers Club and many other great ideas and programs. ✨

We will miss her terribly, but we look forward to seeing what she does in the future! Thank you for all your hard work Carmen! 🤩

Let’s say hello to the new AIGA Portland Secretary: Janet Gonzales! ✨

Janet (https://janetgonzales.com) is a UX Designer who splits her time between Utah, San Francisco, and Portland, working with a diverse range of clients across industries.

She especially loves tackling complex UX challenges in tech and contributing to projects that create social impact, bringing human-centered design to every collaboration.

When she's not designing, you'll probably find Janet out for a run, figure skating or wandering through the treasures of Hollywood Vintage.
