"Women make the force stronger, not weaker."

For decades, women have met & exceeded the standard, and proven their place on the battlefield. We applaud Senator Mazie K. Hirono and Senator Tammy Duckworth for leading the charge to codify women’s right to serve in combat and strengthen our forces.

We joined over 320 businesses and organizations speaking out against the evisceration of Grand Staircase-Escalante and Bears Ears national monuments.

Our letter states: “Our national parks and monuments are among our country’s most precious places. These cherished spaces protect Tribal and Indigenous homelands, outdoor access, drinking water, and wildlife habitats. They sustain rural economies and support family businesses. They belong to all Americans…The below listed Tribal and Indigenous entities, organizations, faith groups, veterans, businesses, scientists, and local communities STRONGLY OPPOSE rollbacks, reductions, and reduced protections of any kind to our national monuments.”

Nearly 3 million acres of Bears Ears and Grand Staircase-Escalante just lost their protections.

Marine Corps veteran & Vet Voice Foundation CEO Janessa Goldbeck cuts through the political spin on what this rollback actually means, and how veterans are organizing to fight back.

Veterans have fought to protect Bears Ears and Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monuments before. As Trump moves to dismantle them again, a new generation is stepping up to defend them.

Our National Monuments and public lands belong to all of us. Today’s executive order by President Trump is an attack on our protected public lands, and we will not stand by. We owe it to ourselves and future generations to safeguard these precious landscapes. We need your help: http://bit.ly/3QPknne

Today, we cosigned a letter urging Gov. Whitmer to withdraw the Michigan National Guard from DC. Using the military to police civilian neighborhoods is "unprecedented, dangerous, and unlawful."

"The addition of Michigan’s Guard forces... threatens to normalize the misuse of the military... That normalization poses heightened risks as we move toward the November elections."

Gov. Whitmer has the authority to bring the Guard home, and we urge her to use it.
