Equine Guided Education provides a supportive learning environment for participants to learn about themselves, heal what has been broken, and reconnect to what has heart and meaning. The Equine Guided Educator as “Educator” cultivates the integration of mind/body/spirit through interacting with a horse chosen specifically for that client and his/her issues.

It's a wrap on our first week of the June Connection Series day camps for kids and teens! This is why we do what we do, and our hearts are so full.

Smiles, learning, new experiences, connection, confidence, a sweet and supportive group of kids... we could go on and on. The only thing better is that we have two more weeks to go in this series, and that we'll be doing it again in July. Oh! And that it's not too late for your kids or teens to join us - for one of the sessions, both, or for our upcoming July series.

Local friends, if you know of any families whose kids would benefit from this kind of summer experience with horses in a small group setting, please share! Our summer day camps for kids and teens have kicked off this week! There will be two more weeks of this series and kids can drop into a session at any time - come for one, two, or all three weeks! We will be hosting this series again in July, stand by for details!

Here are the remaining dates - it's not too late to sign your 5-18-year-old up for a time of learning, fun, and connection with horses that will create memories (and growth!) that will last a lifetime:

Tuesdays: June 16, 23

🐴 Confidence & Connection Series (Ages 8–12)
Wednesdays: June 17, 24

🐴 Teen Connection Series (Ages 13–17)
Thursdays: June 11, 18, 25

Monday's weather report from the ranch:

A little rain today...
Lots (and lots) of sun later this week...

The horses seem perfectly content to take the changing weather one moment at a time. 🐎

It's a good reminder that we don't always get to control the conditions around us. Sometimes the best we can do is stay flexible, adapt, meet the day as it comes, and enjoy the unexpected rain.

Camp begins next week! Our June Summer Connection Series kicks off on Tuesday, June 9th for our Little Herd Series (ages 5-8)...

Confidence & Connection Series (ages 8-12) begins the next day on Wednesday, June 10th...

And our Teen Connection Series (ages 13-18) begins on Thursday, June 11th!

Camp days run from 9:30 am - 12 pm. This will be a highly supportive environment for kids who:

• thrive in smaller groups
• appreciate quieter environments
• benefit from relationship-based learning
• or simply love horses (or are curious about them!) and meaningful connection

These groups will run for three consecutive weeks in June - come for one session, two, or all three - all levels of participation are welcome. These are small group experiences designed to meet kids exactly where they are, and welcome them into connection, fun, and incredible memories with horses (along with some learning, too!).

Here we are at mid-week! The longer, lighter days make the weekend even more enticing with opportunities to enjoy some fresh air and sunshine.

Before we get there, though...

How are you doing... really? (Jasper wants to know, and so do we!)

Not the answer you'd give in passing, or "fine" (unless you really are!), but the honest one.

If you're energized and excited, awesome.

If you're tired or carrying a lot, that's okay too.

The horses don't expect themselves to be anything other than what they are in the moment. There's some wisdom, peace, and self-acceptance to be found in that.

Wherever you find yourself today, may you meet yourself with patience, kindness, and grace. ❤️

What are your plans this weekend? 🐎

If life has felt a little busy lately, how about a simple nervous system reset you can try anywhere and anytime?

🌿 Look around and find:
• 5 things you can see
• 4 things you can feel
• 3 things you can hear
• 2 things you can smell
• 1 thing you can taste

This quick exercise helps bring your attention out of racing thoughts and back into the present moment, where your body can begin to settle and reset.

The horses are masters of paying attention to what’s right in front of them - there's wisdom in that!

📢 Announcement! Here at Warrior’s Soul, it’s deeply important to us that our programs feel accessible and supportive for local youth and families.

As we’ve continued listening to our community and learning more about what works best for busy summer schedules, we’ve decided to reconfigure our June summer day camp offerings into a more flexible, approachable format.

Our new June Summer Connection Series allows kids and teens to participate in smaller, relationship-based horse experiences without the pressure of committing to a full-week camp. Families can now choose 1, 2, or 3 days based on what feels supportive and realistic for them this summer.

These small-group experiences are designed to help kids and teens build confidence, connection, emotional awareness, and meaningful relationships through time with horses - all in a calm, encouraging environment.

We’re excited about this new format and hopeful it will allow even more kids and teens to experience the ranch this summer. 🐴🌿

Today, we take pause to remember and honor the men and women who have given their lives in service to our country.

Memorial Day is an opportunity to reflect on sacrifice, courage, and the many lives forever changed by service - including families and loved ones for whom this day is present every single day of the year.

We hold deep respect and gratitude for those who served, those we’ve lost, and the families who carry that legacy forward every day.

May we all take a few moments today to remember, reflect, and appreciate our freedoms and opportunities, and those who fought to make them possible.
