This month, we celebrate Black History Month. From MLK to Audre Lorde to the youth of today, change is inspired through the work of everyday people.

As social workers, we recognize the history of Black Americans and the inequality still faced today. As leaders and managers, we strive to continue breaking down barriers and creating systemic change. As people, we honor that black history, liberation, and joy are to be celebrated every month.
