A little sweetness and a powerful message of resilience! 💙

I ran into these two amazing women this afternoon. Soroptimist member Mona Balfour is pictured with Erika, owner of Tia’s Artisan Breads & Confections. We’re excited to welcome Erika as an upcoming guest speaker for our Dream It, Be It program for high school students!

Erika will speak about resiliency, encouraging students to find their strength, navigate challenges, and keep moving toward their dreams. Hearing from women in our community helps young people imagine what is possible in their own lives.

Thank you, Erika for sharing your time and experience with the next generation. We look forward to the conversation!

🐾🏈 A little Soroptimist field trip—and a big shout-out to two local businesses!

Today, Soroptimist members Elena, Shannon, and Karen stopped by Sterling Pointe Veterinary Clinic’s open house to tour their beautiful new, state-of-the-art facility. Wow! What an amazing resource for our community and our beloved fur babies! 🐶🐱

From there, we headed over to Rustic Mule, a mother-and-daughter-owned catering company, and met the proprietors. Planning a party? They have everything you need to make your gathering delicious! 🏈🍴

🎃 Bingo, laughter, and a little Halloween spirit! Our Soroptimist members had a Spooktacular time at Lincoln Community Foundation bingo benefiting Silver Wishes. Such a fun way to spend time together while supporting a wonderful cause! 🧡

And a special shout-out to Judy, who won TWICE! 👏 Apparently, one “BINGO!” just wasn’t enough! 😉🎉
