Building the future means more than installing infrastructure โ it means investing in the people who will build, maintain, and lead our industry for generations to come. NUCA Greater Kansas City Region is proud to support the Northland Workforce Development Center as a capital campaign donor. Once complete, this incredible facility will train more than 900 students each year in high-demand careers including construction, welding, diesel mechanics, HVAC, healthcare, hospitality, cosmetology, aircraft mechanics, and more.
Today, we had the opportunity to tour the facility and meet up with the Platte County School District Board. We saw the generational change this nearly decade-long vision will have on our regionโs workforce for decades to come. Completion is just over a year away, and the future is looking bright.
Building for the future is at the heart of everything we do.
Thank you to Brian Noller and Andrew Higbie, Project Engineer JE Dunn Construction for the tour and for helping bring this transformational project to life.
