We’re aware of an outage affecting the state's network. This outage is causing disruption across various agency applications, networks, and services, including eXPRS. So far, the State’s Tech Teams are responding to the situation, and there isn’t a current ETA for resolution.

If you're a client or you support someone who is, watch your mailbox around the time of your annual meeting with your Personal Agent. Surveys go out at the end of each plan year, so they should be coming soon for many of you!

When it arrives, please take a few minutes to fill it out and send it back. We genuinely want to hear from you — the good, the bad, all of it. That feedback is how we get better and keep doing right by the people we serve. 💙
