The call for Educational Session Proposals and Research Poster Submissions is now open for CiderCon® 2027, taking place April 5–7 in San Antonio, Texas.

This is your opportunity to share your expertise with the cider community. We’re seeking engaging educational sessions in Cidermaking & Production, Flavor, Terroir & Tasting, and Orcharding, as well as research posters showcasing new discoveries, outreach initiatives, and educational projects that advance the apple and cider industries.
