Aydine is undergoing treatment at CURE Niger. It's a long process, but he's taking a liking to the green spaces we intentionally facilitate (which in Niger is no small feat!). He's even pitching in to help keep them green and growing!

CURE surgeons are some of the most experienced and dedicated surgeons around! Day in and day out, they operate on some of the world's smallest patients, paying super close attention to the tiny details that make all the difference in transforming a patient's life!

Here, Dr. Patrick conducts an arm surgery on a patient at the Tebow CURE Philippines hospital.

Fenet (and her twin brother Firaol) came to CURE Ethiopia with a condition called knock knees, where her knees angle inwards, forcing them to painfully "knock" into each other as she walked. Running was even worse. After expert surgery and guided recovery, Fenet's legs are now straight, and she's not only running but also playing and enjoying just being a kid!

Treatment at CURE isn't just surgery-then-bye. There's consistent and compassionate care all the way until the child is fully healed! How we do what we do is just as important as the what in what we do!

Right now, there are children around the world waiting for a simple surgery that could transform their future—helping them eat, speak, and live without stigma. It’s not a complicated solution. It’s just out of reach for too many families.

You can help change that.

Join the Smile Challenge and be part of something bigger than yourself. Whether you give, share, or get involved, you’re helping provide life-changing cleft surgery to a child who needs it!

Christine, CURE's Director of Physical Therapy, was in the middle of a session with Paul when it came up that he had NEVER been on a slide. She knew immediately that she had to fix that, and they moved the physical therapy session outside to the playground. And here you can see Paul experiencing his VERY FIRST slide!

We love that Christine had that unreasonable hospitality mindset and the flexibility to change her plans, ever so slightly, in order to show love to Paul in a way that really made his day!

And don't worry, Paul still got to finish his physical therapy session.

The CURE Biomedical technicians are an essential part of every CURE hospital. Every day, they work behind the scenes to ensure that all the life-saving medical equipment is safe, reliable, and ready for use. Their expertise helps make sure that CURE patients receive the highest-quality care possible, no matter where in the world they're receiving surgery!

We are super grateful for the Biomedical teams at each hospital, our global biomed team, and the volunteers who donate their time to come help out and train. Their work isn't generally on the front page, but without them, the mission of healing the sick and proclaiming the Kingdom of God wouldn't be possible!
