✨️Meet Payton, October’s Member of the Month!✨️
Payton has been a Resident member at The Factory for 3 years and is the CEO of Raiz, where they help growing companies graduate from QuickBooks to an AI-native ERP.
When we asked Payton what he likes most about The Factory, he kept it simple: the community. He said that compared to other coworking spaces, The Factory feels different. People actually interact, make connections, and get to know each other. (And of course, he also mentioned the free food at the tall table)
We’re happy to have Payton and the Raiz team here and excited to keep watching them grow!
Congrats, Payton!👏

⛳️ A Great Day on the Green!
From the first tee to the last putt, it was a great day hanging out at Alpine Golf Course and connecting with the Grand Rapids Young Professionals community.
We were happy to give away $1,500+ in raffle prizes and hook everyone who attended up with a free day pass to The Factory.
Thanks for having us, GRYP! Already looking forward to the next one. 🏌️‍♂️

🎥 The YouTube Journey Continues! Jonathan joined us at The Factory for this month’s Expert Series to share more about his YouTube journey, what he’s learned along the way, and what goes into actually building a channel.
Always appreciate getting to hear from people who are willing to share what they’ve learned and give others a look behind the scenes.
Thanks to everyone who came out! 👏
