Our AIA Grand Rapids THRIVE '26 cohort met a few weeks ago, hosted graciously by Progressive Companies and heard from one of our mentors Bryan Koehn of regenr8 studio. We discussed "Designing Your Life, Not Renovating Someone Else's Blueprint". Bryan pulled from his decades of leadership and mentorship to provide a framework that can aid individuals as they move through their career, building momentum and discovering their own unique path.

Our program THRIVE pairs a mid-career professional with another more seasoned mentor to help have a sounding board as they navigate a mirage of challenges that exist within this mid-career phase.
