What better way to finish off than with dessert?

This mix from Pampered Chef makes it easy (and delicious!)

1. Beat 4 oz. cream cheese, ยผ cup softened butter, and French Silk Dessert Mix until smooth.
2. Slowly add 1 cup heavy whipping cream and whip until itโ€™s thick and fluffy.
3. Spoon the mixture into a pre-baked, cooled pie crust. Chill and let it set.
4. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings, if youโ€™d like.

Have you tried adding cottage cheese to your scrambled eggs? It's an easy way to up the protein, and tastes SO good!

1. In a medium bowl, whisk 4 eggs, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, kosher salt and black pepper, to taste with a fork.
2. Heat a medium nonstick skillet over medium-low heat and spray with oil. When warm, pour the eggs in.
3. Using a rubber spatula, slowly scrape sections of eggs to the center of the pan as the bottom starts to set, creating soft folds for about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes total until just set.

Here's Louisa's recipe! Let us know if you try it!

This is a recipe my husband makes that I love: Taiwanese Minced Pork

1 pound minced pork
4 cloves of minced garlic
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup rice wine
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 2/3 cup water

Cook the minced pork in a pan on the stove.
Add rice wine and brown sugar and stir until dissolved.
Add french fried onions and turn heat up to high.
Add in soy sauce. Once dissolved in add water. Bring to a boil.
Add garlic. Reduce heat, cover and simmer about 15 minutes. Stir occasionally. You know you're done when most of the liquid is gone and you're left with a saucy texture.
Serve over your favorite carb with a vegetable on the side. I recommend rice and bok choy!

Penny has a favorite kitchen tool that will make a lot of recipes easier!

"We use ground meat in several recipes: chili and taco meat to name two. The best tool for preparing it is the Mix 'n Chop (item 2583). It's safe on all cooking surfaces. We highly recommend it!"
