What an incredible evening at our May Leadership Exchange! Thank to you everyone who joined us last week.

A huge thank you to Michelle L. Steffes for leading such a powerful and energizing conversation on burnout, stress management, and sustainable leadership. In a world where burnout has become increasingly common, Michelle brought a refreshing mix of brain science, practical strategy, humor, and authenticity that truly resonated with our attendees.

From understanding the stages of burnout to building healthier habits and boundaries, participants walked away with actionable tools to lead themselves and others more effectively — both professionally and personally.

At the Grand Rapids Junior Chamber, we are committed to creating spaces where young professionals can grow not only as leaders, but as healthy, resilient humans as well. Conversations like these matter, and we are grateful to everyone who joined us for an impactful evening of learning, connection, and growth.

Thank you again to Michelle for sharing your expertise and energy with our community!
