FAQ: What if it rains???

Great question. We're checking the radar, too. However, OktoberWest 2026 is on RAIN OR SHINE! 🌤️🌦️🌧️

We have secured more tents and tables this year so attendees have somewhere to continue enjoying the event if it starts to rain at any point. These will be placed throughout the event.

If there are safety concerns due to lightning, wind, or other weather phenomenons, we will let all attendees know ASAP what the plan is.

As always, come ready to drink some good local b**r, eat some really good local food, play or watch the OktoberWest Games, and spend time with new and old friends.

We can't wait to see you on Saturday.

🍻 OktoberWest happens because Charleston shows up.

Before we raise a glass this Saturday, we want to recognize the incredible businesses, organizations and community partners whose investment makes the OktoberWest 2026 Presented by Encova Insurance possible.

These sponsorships do much more than help us put on one great afternoon in Elk City. Every dollar invested in OktoberWest supports the work of Charleston Urban Works throughout Charleston’s urban districts - strengthening small businesses, improving public spaces, advancing economic and community development, creating stronger connections between neighborhoods, and helping us continue investing in the places that make Charleston uniquely ours.

A very special thank you to Encova Insurance, our Title Sponsor, for once again making a major investment in both OktoberWest and the work of Charleston Urban Works.

🎶 Thank you to City National Bank, our Official Stage Sponsor, helping us bring the soundtrack — and the party — to the West Side!

We’re also incredibly grateful to our Premier Presenting Sponsors:
The City of Charleston, WV • Flaherty Sensabaugh Bonasso • Calwell Luce diTrapano • ZMM Architects and Engineers

And when it comes to spreading the word, Charleston’s airwaves have us covered. Huge thanks to our outstanding media partners - 98.7 The Mountain, 107.3 The Beat, V100, 96.1 KWS and WCHS Network — for helping us turn up the volume on OktoberWest across the region.

And to every single sponsor you see on this graphic: thank you. Whether you are a longtime partner or joining us for the first time, your support represents an investment in our neighborhoods, our locally owned businesses and property owners, and the future of Charleston.

When our community invests together, our districts get stronger.

Now there’s just one thing left to do…
