Members,

Our Local has been given a task to assist in the
"No Child Gets Left Behind Initiative" for Foster Care and/or Homeless Children whereby Locals/Allies/Individuals can collect and donate travel luggage to organizations within District 2-13.

What does that mean? When children transition to new homes they can be given luggage instead of a trash bag to put their belongings in. This project of collecting luggage can begin immediately and run through July 5th, 2026.

If you would like to participate, please drop off the luggage/large backpacks/weekend bags, to the Local by June 30. If you would rather donate. We will go shop for you!! Just let us know by calling 304-344-2001, or Shannon at 304-550-8136
