Artisans For Hope engages Boise’s refugee population through three interactive program components:
• Community Center (where students make connections)
• Textile Training (where they learn new skills)
• Business (where they create and earn money)

The organization serves a growing number of refugees who are determined to carve a niche for themselves in their new community. We are able to enable their efforts through our small, dedicated staff and large pool of skilled volunteers.

Come get a tour of our little shop and studio with Executive Director Amy Pence-Brown! We'd love to show you around in person and we are honestly one of the best, most affordable and most meaningful places to buy Mother's Day gifts. In fact, bring your mom in for a special date together because she would love it! There's several coffee shops and right across the street to hit up before or after. 🥐☕️🛍

We’re excited to be part of giving week - It’s a designated week of the year to donate to your favorite nonprofit and if you know us, you know a little bit goes a long way. 🙏🏼 We are scrappy and with your generous help, we have been able to offer all our creative sewing and knitting classes to our refugee and immigrant free of charge for the past 16 years! You can donate to us in a variety of ways always, but we’d love you to do so now via our Idaho Gives page (link in bio) ❤️ Other ways to continue to support us include sharing and liking our posts and coming into the store to shop!

This young man, Dylan, is graduating soon from and is donating the proceeds from his senior art exhibition 🎨🩰📽 tomorrow (Thursday) night to Artisans For Hope! He was looking for a local arts nonprofit in need that give back to the creative community and was struck in the heart by our mission. He came in for a visit and tour and to pick up some items to share with his school audience this week. We are so lucky to be supported by our local community! Thank you for your generosity and support, Dylan 🫶
