A big thank-you to the POWER Foundation, Inc. and strategic philanthropic partner WSP for supporting Giraffe Laugh with a generous $5,000 STEM grant!

This grant will be used to purchase new STEM materials and equipment for all five of our centers located in Kuna, Boise, and Garden City. For Giraffe Laugh’s students, the majority of whom live in economically disadvantaged households, the opportunity to engage with high-quality equipment and curriculum is invaluable.

POWER Foundation Board President Janet Metzger shares, “Investing in STEM education at an early age helps build the foundation for lifelong learning and future opportunities. The POWER Foundation is honored to partner with Giraffe Laugh to expand access to hands-on STEM experiences for children across the Treasure Valley and support the next generation of innovators, problem-solvers and leaders.”

Thank you, POWER Foundation, Inc. and strategic philanthropic partner WSP for investing in young Idaho learners and helping us build stronger futures from the very start.

This month, we’re celebrating the vibrant cultures, traditions, stories, and contributions of Hispanic and Latino families in our Giraffe Laugh community.

We’re especially proud of our bilingual State Street center, where children get to learn, grow, and celebrate the languages and cultures that make them unique.

“Juntos estamos fuerte”. Together, we are strong.

Happy Hispanic Heritage Month! 💛

A BIG thank you to Sierra Sandison with Trademark Creative Studio for bringing some extra magic to the course!

Sierra used her talent and creativity to create the amazing 3D-printed giraffe trophies for our Little Swings Fore Big Dreams first-place winners, and we could not have loved them more! Thank you, Sierra, for helping us celebrate our champions in such a fun, one-of-a-kind way. 💛
