In Idaho, 37% of households couldn’t make ends meet in 2024. That included 11% in poverty and another 26% that were ALICE, with income above the Federal Poverty Level but less than the cost of basics. That’s more than 1 in 3 households in our community facing impossible choices — food or medicine, rent or child care.
