March is Women’s History Month, and at Learning How 2 Live we honor the women who paved the way for compassion, justice, and second chances.

One powerful example is Elizabeth Fry, a pioneering prison reformer in the early 1800s. At a time when incarcerated women were treated harshly and often forgotten, Fry fought to bring humanity and dignity into women’s prisons. She advocated for education, work programs, and better living conditions for incarcerated women and their children.

Her work helped inspire prison reform laws across Europe and influenced how societies view rehabilitation rather than punishment alone.

At Learning How 2 Live, we carry forward that same belief:

❤️ Rehabilitation changes lives.
❤️ Support and opportunity create stronger communities.

This Women’s History Month, we celebrate the women who stand up for others and the women who rebuild their lives with courage, strength, and resilience.
