Friday night (the 8th) was great weather to get the cars out for a cruise. First stop was Laurel Lavender Farm, which smelled wonderful with all of the lavender plants blooming. The store had everything lavender for sale. Our next stop was Bellewood Farm and Distillery for some good food (try their Fritter Bites) and great music by Checo Tohomaso. He has played with Marvin Gaye, Commodores and Lionel Richie. You never know who you will meet in Whatcom County.

Summer Fun Run Update -
August 29, 2026
Bellewood Farm and Distillery
For all of you who look forward to the ENGINE BLOW, it will be at this year’s Summer Fun Run show. I talked to our Baseball Bat Wilding, Engine Blow Guru and it will be happening between 12:30 and 1:00. Make sure you buy your tickets and make your time selection on how long the fluid drained engine can run.

SUMMER FUN RUN UPDATE - August 29, 2026
Bellewood’s Ten Mile Cafe - The cafe will open at 8:00 a.m. for breakfast! I have had lunch and catered meals from the Ten Mile Cafe and they are delicious! Their baked goods are worth a sample too.
