AIESEC in the Philippines AIESEC is the worldโ€™s largest youth-run organization. AIESEC is a global, independent, non-partisan, not-for-profit youth-run organization.

Present in the Philippines through 10 different local chapters, we have been dedicated to our mission of activating youth leadership since 1968. AIESEC does not discriminate on the basis of gender identity and/or expression, sexual orientation, ability, creed, or religion, nor on the basis of national, ethnic, or social origin. Through various volunteer programs, training initiatives, and internships co-delivered with our partner companies, AIESEC seeks to develop the leadership potential of young Filipinos, and to empower the youth to achieve personal and professional growth.
