The Institute for Solidarity in Asia (ISA) is delighted to announce that Mr. Christian P. Zaens, former ISA Executive Director and Practice Leader, has now transitioned into the role of Chief Practice Leader of the organization.

Providing leadership and stewardship in the practice of ISAโ€™s Performance Governance System (PGS), Mr. Zaens will set the strategic direction for the continuing evolution, integrity, and application of the governance framework.

This transition allows the organization to deepen its practice capabilities through the mentorship of emerging Practice Leaders, ensuring we remain equipped to design the PGS of the future.

Building a culture of transformation, one cohort at a time! ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ

The University of Asia and the Pacific (UA&P) Cebu Executive Education, in partnership with ISA, the IESE Business School, and the UA&P School of Management, recently conducted the first module session of its year-long, hands-on practicum on โ€œGoverning Institutional Transformation: A CEO Practicum for Enterprise, Stewardship, and Nation-Buildingโ€ from July 31 to August 1 at the UA&P Cebu Center for Executive Education in Cebu City.

The first module, focusing on the purpose, mission, and architecture of institutional transformation, was facilitated by key experts including ISA Founder and Chairman Emeritus, Dr. Jesus Estanislao, PGS Practice Leader and ISA Executive Director, Mr. Christian Zaens, alongside distinguished professors and faculty.

The premier joint offering spans four intensive on-site sessions from July 2026 to May 2027, designed to engage select cohorts in a rigorous process of clarifying organizational purpose, formulating transformation strategies, and strengthening governance structures to institutionalize world-class ex*****on.

ISAโ€™s Performance Governance System (PGS) is utilized as the backbone of the program, providing the practical architecture to translate institutional purpose into a governable transformation program.
