Regional leaders from Operation Smile International, including Mr. Emiliano Romano, Regional Director, and Dr. Mandy Sayao, Regional Medical Officer for the Philippines, recently met with the new Executive Director of Operation Smile Philippines, Ms. Miriam Delos Santos.

The meeting was an opportunity to strengthen partnerships and reaffirm a shared commitment to bringing hope and life-changing surgical care to children born with cleft conditions.
