An Afternoon of Healing & Connection

Join us for a heart-centred gathering in support of ongoing holistic cancer care. Come together in community for an uplifting Drum Circle, guided Meditation, and a nourishing Cacao Ceremony.

Community Spirit Drumming Circle and Meditation the Attitude of Gratitude workshop

Is on 14th December from 2.30-5.30pm in the Sccul Sanctuary, Clarinbridge. Co Galway

We also have a special guest one of our own Jenny Clarke is going to do 20 minutes slot of Heartmath with us . Its a simple practice that helps people settle into their hearts, calm the mind, and feel more connected. Creating a deeper sense of gratitude and presence .
Can we all bring a male/female present and we put them on the table and take another one. Max cost 10 euros

This is a free event to everyone who has supported me the past while. I have the Attitude of Gratitude for all of you. I am very greatful for all the support, healings, hugs and messages
