Yoga for Men this autumn! 🌟

This gentle class with yoga teacher Pauline Berkeley is open to men of all ages affected by cancer, at any stage.
Sessions run 11:30am–12:30pm at our Galway Support Centre, 19th October to 16th December.

💚 A huge thank you to Andrew Taaffe and Turlough MacMahon, who raised an incredible €4,355 for Cancer Care West through their Dawn to Dusk Solstice Cycle! 🚴‍♂️🌅

Furbo man Tom Taaffe presented the cheque on their behalf to Orla and Noelle from Cancer Care West.

Cycling from dawn to dusk on the longest day of the year is no small feat, and we're so grateful to Andrew and Turlough for taking on this amazing challenge for us. Thank you also to everyone who supported, sponsored and cheered them on along the way. Every euro raised helps us continue providing vital support services to cancer patients and their families throughout the West of Ireland. 💜

Charity Heifer Auction this Friday!

Join us at Mayo-Sligo Mart, Ballina on Friday 9th October for a special fundraising night in aid of Cancer Care West.

A quality in-calf heifer, kindly donated by Anthony Gill, Crossmolina, will go under the hammer as Charity Lot 38, with all proceeds going to Cancer Care West. A huge thank you to Anthony for his generosity, and to Mayo-Sligo Mart for hosting the night.

There'll also be a fundraising raffle on the night, again in aid of Cancer Care West.

For their 10th anniversary, Dungeons & Donuts are going full multiverse with a 25-hour gaming marathon in aid of Cancer Care West! 💚

"But wait," you say, "12pm to 12pm is only 24 hours!" Ah, but the clocks go back that night, gifting us one bonus hour of dice-rolling, card-flipping, snack-inhaling glory. Dimension X bends time. We just play through it. 🌀⏰
