A different kind of traffic on the apron this weekend ✈️🏁

Day to day, the airport is used by the flying club, fire service, civil defence and others. This weekend, we were delighted to share our corner of Galway Airport with the Galway Rally as they used the airfield as their service area for the rally weekend.

A great night for a great cause!

Galway Flying Club took to the ground this time, hosting a table quiz in support of Galway Hospice. Huge thanks to Jarlath and the team for organising, and to everyone who came along, donated, and helped make it such a success.

We are a fully voluntary organisation and we know how important it is to support good causes. We’re proud to support our local community and the incredible work done by Galway Hospice.
