✨SPAR & EUROSPAR Visit the Lambe Institute Research labs!🔬

We were thrilled to welcome Fiona O'Connor and Bronwyn Hogan into the research labs at the Lambe Institute at the University Hospital Galway yesterday and meet the research team and learn more about the advances and insights into breast cancer research.

We are really grateful for this amazing charity partnership with SPAR & EUROSPAR Ireland and thanks to corporate partnerships like these, as they enable us to continue funding our dedicated researchers and advancing vital breast cancer research.💕👩‍⚕️

Medtronic Go Pink!🩷

We were thrilled to have had the opportunity during breast cancer awareness month to meet the staff at Medtronic, share a few insights into the work that we do at NBCRI and provide an update on our research and clinical trials.🔬

It was great to have our research nurses, Olive Forde and Grainne McDonnell share more about current clinical trials along with providing guidance and a demonstration on how to check your breasts.

🏇Race in Pink 2026!💗

It was an incredible day at the Galway Races Autumn Festival last Sunday at our annual Race in Pink Event in aid of breast cancer research.

The day was filled with lots of racing, food, music, dancing and fun from a lovely raffle, the amazing pianist Sean DeBurca and singer Joe Wynne along with an exciting auction!✨🩷

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended, supported, sponsored and helped make this event an amazing success!

Congratulations to our Best Dressed Winner, Sharon Kelly, to our Best Hat Winner, Eva McNally, and to our Win a BMW Winner, Seamus Corbett👏🎉
