We have a strong track record having educated and trained 6 million youth, teachers and sport coaches around the world. Our well documented content is evidence based and most programs are included in our program library. Distinguished awards for best practise
Our education programs and our outreach initiatives have won many awards for best practise. The awards include the President Obama's Call To Service Award, Presidential Daily Light Award, received by President Bill Clinton, the Paul Harris Fellow Award given by Rotary International, the American National Safety Council Award for best practise, the W**d & Seed Award given by US Justice Department in 2009 and Best Non-Profit Award by Facebook for the bold ambition to collect One Billion Faces For Peace. Our partners during the years have come from all walks of life. From the business community, governments, education authorities, sports organisations and from private donations. We strongly believe in partnerships across all borders. Therefore we also partner with other NGO’s, where we see strong synergies. There is no reason to reinvent wheels.

Today is Human Rights Day — a time to honour the universal values of dignity, freedom, and justice for everyone. The knotted gun, a global symbol of non-violence, reminds us that peace starts with action.

On this day, we reflect on the adoption of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in 1948, a powerful reminder that human rights are the cornerstone of peace and equality.

Let’s celebrate humanity and come together to stand up for fairness, justice, and the dignity every individual deserves.

Last month we announced our multi-year partnership with RE Capital, in collaboration with ex-footballer, Luis Figo, in Lisbon, Portugal.

Our mission has always been to engage and motivate and educate people on the topic of non-violence. Diverse topics where they've had to do with gun violence or sexual harassment and mental abuse.

RE Capital engaged with us at an early stage by saying they want to do something for the local communities where people live in or near their projects.

As our first real estate partner, the first entry point of unveiling the knotted gun in Portugal and Lisbon, we have opened the door to growth ambitions that RE Capital has in terms of an international approach in the UK, Geneva, Lisbon, and elsewhere.

We look forward to how this partnership will address the change of living environments, and make them a more non-violent place to live, breathe, work, and play in.

We are delighted to announce a multiyear partnership with pan-European, investment, development and asset management company RE Capital,.

The partnership will be centred on community engagement and education via programmes for entire communities and was heralded by the unveiling of a Knotted Gun statue, on the event of the celebration of the Armistice Day, which settles the symbolic end of the First World War. This international symbol of peace, and logo of the Non-Violence Project Foundation, was unveiled at RE Capital’s development, LX Living, in Lisbon today, in collaboration with football icon, Luís Figo.

Future activities will involve various educational workshops to include local artists, schools, and educational institutions with the aim of promoting social change.

Through this partnership, we look forward to building impactful programmes that strive for meaningful community engagement and upliftment.

Today is the International Day of Peace.

The United Nations General Assembly declared this as a day devoted to strengthening the ideals of peace, through observing 24 hours of non-violence and cease-fire.

“But achieving true peace entails much more than laying down arms. It requires the building of societies where all members feel that they can flourish. It involves creating a world in which people are treated equally, regardless of their race.”

Since 1993, we have strived to inspire, motivate and engage people to prevent and reduce violence, focused on educational programs and awareness campaigns to promote social change.

The United Nations' Secretary-General, António Guterres has called for a four-day humanitarian pause during Orthodox Holy Week – starting today. has called for a four-day humanitarian pause during Orthodox Holy Week – starting today.

“Save lives. Stop the bloodshed and destruction. Open a window for dialogue and peace. Keep faith with the meaning and the message of Easter.”

The Non-Violence symbol served as the background during this appeal for peace – a symbol we hope will open more productive dialogue in our pursuit for peace across the world.
