Muswell Hill Welcomes Muswell Hill Welcomes was set up by Muswell Hill Methodist Church and Muswell Hill Synagogue to welcome all refugees and people seeking asylum in Haringey.

We have now been joined by Wightman Road Mosque to offer support in our community. Muswell Hill Welcomes is now a partnership of Muswell Hill Synagogue, Muswell Hill Methodist Church and Wightman Road Mosque to support all refugees and people seeking asylum in Haringey. We run four main projects.
1. Open Thursday - an open morning to welcome people with various activities including, English conve

rsation sessions, arts and crafts and cooking.

2. Sunday lunch - the first Sunday of the month.

3. Family cooking - individual families cooking with volunteers the food they like.

4. Collection point for clothes and other items We have a 'shop' where our guests can arrange to come and choose clothes or other items they need.
