We're looking for a Programme Trainer to join our fantastic Wales team!

Are you a confident, engaging facilitator who loves working with people? Join Money Ready as a Programme Trainer, delivering dynamic financial education to children, young people, adults and professionals across Wales.

You'll deliver a mix of face-to-face and virtual sessions across a range of settings throughout Wales. No prior experience in financial education is required, we provide full training. What matters most is your ability to connect with varied audiences and bring energy to every session.

☑️ Location: Hybrid - we welcome applications from candidates across Wales
☑️ Contract: Part time, 22.5 hours per week on a 12-month contract (with possible extension)
☑️ Salary: £30,250 FTE with all delivery-related travel covered
☑️ Deadline to apply: Wednesday 24th June at 9am

On this day last year, after almost 20 years as MyBnk, we rebranded to Money Ready. In the past 12 months, we…

⭐️ Ran a BBC Radio 4 Appeal, bringing our mission to a national stage
⭐️ Merged with RedSTART Educate and now support learners aged 4-40
⭐️ Celebrated 20 years of impact with an event at the House of Lords
⭐️ Saw 2 policy wins with recognition in the Financial Inclusion Strategy and the Curriculum and Assessment Review
⭐️ Launched our first flagship campaign, The Cost of Not Knowing
⭐️ Grew our programme offering, launching The Big Money Lesson and Money Ready Mondays amongst other initiatives

Talking to your child about money doesn't have to be hard. Sometimes all it takes is the right story.🐿️

Watch maths teacher, author and TV presenter Bobby Seagull bring 'Save Your Acorns' to life. A brilliant picture book written by Money Ready trustee, Robert Gardner, that makes budgeting and saving feel fun, relatable and achievable for little ones.

This is just one example of the great work our Change the Game programme covers in primary schools, bringing financial education into the classroom in a playful way to engage children’s imaginations.
