Revitalise is a national charity providing respite holidays for disabled people and carers. Revitalise provides short breaks for disabled people and carers, with 24-hour nursing care on-call and personal support, at three accessible centres in Essex, Southampton and Southport. All of Revitalise’s centres offer a wide range of themed weeks incorporating accessible excursions, activities and enterta

inments. Volunteers complement the work of the centres’ staff by providing guests with companionship and support.

We are delighted to share that from 16th February, Revitalise will be offering grants to support disabled people and family carers to access vital respite breaks and holidays, social activities like day trips, and opportunities for people to meet and make social connections.

While it is with great sadness that our centres have now closed, we want to extend our heartfelt thank you for all your love and support over the last 60 years. It is our sincere hope that the connections and memories created, such as those we've captured in this video, will continue to live on.
