Young Urban Arts Foundation Young Urban Arts Foundation is a registered charity empowering young people to be seen, heard and celebrated through creativity and culture.

Active in London & surrounding areas. Creating spaces where young people can build confidence, express themselves and access new opportunities through creativity and culture. As of 2026, YUAF has supported over 23,000 young people across London & surrounding communities, delivering outreach programmes in areas where opportunities are limited and support is needed most.

Last night marked the final session of YUAF Futures: The Artist & Industry Programme for Cohort 31! 🎶

Over the past 6 weeks, eight young people have explored different pathways into the music and creative industries through sessions with BBC, PRS, Sony Music Publishing, Ditto Management, DJ workshops and more. 🎶

From building confidence through direct industry contact, to connecting with new people and opportunities, it’s been amazing watching this cohort grow. A huge thank you as well to our brilliant volunteer who helped with cohort support.

Congratulations to all of you, you brought your energy, openness and talent to every session. We’re excited to see where your journey goes 💛

💥 FACILITATOR SPOTLIGHT: Big up ! 🎧 Sterling has been a YUAF Music Facilitator since 2020, inspiring young people to step up, get creative and find their voice. He’s a pro at teaching us how to use the equipment on our bus - from DJing to production and vocal recording. Thanks for the energy and expertise you bring Sterling!
