MSFDN is a pioneering charity supporting disadvantaged and vulnerable young people and those living life with invisible illnesses to become thriving, successful professionals and entrepreneurs, delivering on their hopes, dreams, and ambitions, centring wellbeing for themselves and for others. Inspired primarily by the Entertainment, Tech, and Creative industries, MSFDN hosts a prolific environment

offering training, networking, development, expression, collaboration, and partnership opportunities, facilitating members through a journey of building a portfolio well equipped with multifaceted and diverse talent, skills, and practical experiences. Championing out-of-the-box strategies and initiatives, MSFDN empowers CREATIVE, PERSONAL, and PROFESSIONAL elevation, levelling the playing field by helping to pillar the journey toward reaching goals, aspirations, and acquiring an achievable successful life and career.

From attending industry events and collaborating with incredible companies, to speaking at events, setting up multi-camera campaign shoots, exploring your own creative concepts and learning new broadcast technology - a Broadcast & Media Systems Technical Operator apprenticeship is about getting hands-on and building real experience while you learn.
