Much to think about in here, about women's mental health. One thing is for sure, "we need more accessible community based services designed with women's lived experience in mind". Harmonia began as a continuation of WISH's work...Some stories don't end - they continue in new ways.

When WISH closed we wanted to ensure the care, compassion and commitment to accessible mental health and wellbeing support that had been built could continue.

We are sad to say that WISH has now closed after 40 years of advocating for women in the psychiatric and criminal justice systems. We want to thank everyone who has supported us, staff past and present and most of all the incredible women we have met over the years. You've been amazing.

An interesting article. We often don't realise how much time we spend on our phones and what kind of effect it is having on our bodies and brains. Predictions are by 2050 around half of the world's population will be short sighted due to excessive screen use and not enough time outdoors. And have you heard about "tech neck", bone spurs growing at the base of the skull due to head position whilst looking at screens?

Some useful tips here. A rubber band on your phone might remind you not to do mindless scrolling.
