On Sunday our fantastic Runners completed 26.2 miles in the TCS London Marathon! ๐Ÿ’œ

The miles, the training, the determination โ€“ all of it brought them to the finish line and it was incredible to see. We had a fantastic time cheering them on at Mile 7!

What youโ€™ve done matters.

Thank you for being part of Team Ability Bow ๐Ÿ’œ

Sometimes itโ€™s not about big changes - itโ€™s about showing up, week by week.

At Ability Bow, we see this all the time. What starts as a small step can grow into something that supports both your health and your sense of connection.

For many of our clients, Ability Bow is more than exercise - itโ€™s a place where people feel supported, understood and encouraged every step of the way.

As we celebrate 20 years, weโ€™ll be sharing some of the voices that make this community so special.

Happy New Year All! We hope you have had a wonderful winter break and we are looking forward to seeing you back in the gym ๐Ÿ’ช

However, please note the lift is currently out of order so you may have to wait a little longer to exercise if you are not able to use the stairs. The Church is working hard to have it fixed as quickly as possible and we hope to have it working again by Friday.

The Church has also informed us the ground floor disabled toilet is also out of order.

We are sorry for the unconvenience this may cause some of our members.

๐ŸŒŸ Member Story: Christineโ€™s Journey ๐ŸŒŸ

When Christine was diagnosed with the rare condition Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia (HSP), her mobility began to decline. Determined not to give up, she joined Ability Bow in 2017 โ€” and has been exercising with us ever since.

Even through the pandemic, Christine kept going, training online to stay strong.

โœจ โ€œFor me, every step counts โ€” proof of my determination to keep moving forward, no matter what. Thereโ€™s no tablets for HSP. Exercise is my only therapy.โ€

Weโ€™re so proud of you, Christine! ๐Ÿ’œ
