Pre-register online We concentrate on helping parents/carers to find their way through the legal and procedural maze. Our aim is to empower parents with information and knowledge to become confident to tackle the obstacles and difficulties that arise when seeking the right education for their children with special needs. That way, when the child's needs changes or new provision is necessary for them, parents will be confident enough to respond without consulting expensive solicitors. We empower parents through:

1) Term- time helpline

2) Advice Centres

3) Webinars and workshops

4) Facebook Q&A's

5) 1:1's with our Legal officer and expert volunteers

Tuesday 6th Oct – 10am-12pm, 1pm-2.30pm and 7pm-8pm

Wednesday 7th Oct – 9.45am-12pm and 2pm-4pm

Thursday 8th Oct - 9.30am-1pm and 1pm-4pm

Friday 9th Oct– 9.30am-12pm

When you call the helpline you may be added to the hold queue if all advisers are busy. Please wait in the queue and our adviser will answer your call as soon as they can.

Our October Essex SEND Walk-In Advice Centre is on next week, Wednesday 7th October, at Tees Law, Parkview House, Victoria Rd, Chelmsford, CM1 1NG.

Drop in between 10am-12pm (doors close at 11.30am) for free, informal advice on SEND matters - no appointment needed.
