Our trainees at our social enterprise the are asking: when you visit us, what do you see?

At the Gatelodge Café, our trainees are learning through real workplace opportunities, building independence, developing customer service skills, and becoming valued members of the team.

Our Navigators are gardeners, environmental champions, teammates, learners, and valued members of our community.

Through horticulture and wellbeing activities, they are building confidence, developing skills, and making a positive difference every day.
