What an energetic Friday morning for our participants. They were put through their paces with Adam Ringland coaching at Total Control Headquarters in Lisburn (located close to MOT centre). Adam is passionate about providing specialist coaching for adults with learning disabilities and his sessions always bring out the best in everyone. Thank-you Adam for hosting our session today. ❤️

Ohhhhh look what arrived this morning… a big delivery of delicious home‑grown strawberries, ready for us to whip up fresh batches of our famous running strawberry jam. The kitchen is going to smell amazing. Thanks to Best Strawberries once again for your greatly appreciated generosity. 🍓🍓🍓

There is never a dull moment at Live Life. Andrew, one of our newest staff members, is a talented musician and over the past few weeks our participants have been enjoying a lively afternoon sing‑song with him while waiting for transport home. Thanks Andrew! 🎶

This week another group of our participants are off enjoying a holiday in Blackpool. It’s been action‑packed so far, with plenty of adventures and laughter along the way. Two more days of fun still to come — and they’re making every moment count.

Today we want to express our heartfelt thanks to Mayor Alderman Amanda Grehan for her outstanding commitment to championing inclusion for people with disabilities. Throughout her time in office, she has shown genuine care, compassion and leadership — always taking the time to listen, understand and advocate.

Her support for Live Life Well‑Being Centre has made a real difference to our participants, our staff and our wider community. From celebrating achievements to helping raise awareness of the importance of inclusive opportunities, she has been a true ally.
