Community Development Fund (CDF), serving as a Torchbearer of the Carol Bellamy Leadership Award for the second time, is pleased to support BONEVET Kaçanik — an innovative organization empowering young people through technology, creativity, innovation, and hands-on learning.
Through its creative spaces and educational activities, BONEVET encourages children and youth to develop new skills, critical thinking, and confidence to shape their future.
We look forward to the implementation of activities together with BONEVET, aiming to create positive impact in the community.

“The Carol Bellamy Leadership Award (CBLA) is an initiative from the Global Community Engagement and Resilience Fund (GCERF). The CBLA is currently funded by Carol Bellamy and the Federal Republic of Germany. This award recognises and amplifies the leadership of women who are building more resilient, inclusive, and peaceful communities in contexts affected by violent extremism and terrorism.”

Analiza sjell në pah pritjet e të rinjve dhe realitetin e përvojës së tyre me këtë program, duke hapur diskutim mbi efektivitetin dhe ndikimin e tij në tregun e punës.

The analysis highlights young people’s expectations and the reality of their experience with this program, opening a discussion on its effectiveness and impact on the labor market.
