A non-profit, 501(c)3 agency, TNE was the first legal syringe exchange in the United States, in continuous service since it was founded in August 1988.

TNE now provides legal navigation services on Tuesdays, 11am - 2pm! If you have a legal question, we can connect you to community resources that can assist you. Participants must arrive by 2pm to receive services.

Drug checking empowers you with knowledge you can use to make informed choices about your drug use. TNE offers drug checking in person on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 11AM - 3PM. You can also drop off a sample whenever we’re open or during a delivery!

💖 Make sure to stop by before V-Day for safer s*x supplies! We have internal and external condoms and l**e available every day, and can link you to STI testing.
‼️ Heads up: we will be closed on February 16. There will be no deliveries available that day. We will reopen for our regular hours on February 17.
