Hearts Full ❤️

Our hearts are absolutely full of gratitude! ❤️🎒

Thank you to the parishes, Catholic schools, families, and generous donors who came together to fill backpacks with the supplies our students need to start the school year. Your generosity is a beautiful reminder of what happens when a community comes together with faith and love.

We are especially grateful for the incredible partnership of Catholic Charities, the Diocese of Spokane, and the Office of Education. Together, we have shown what it means to be one Catholic community—supporting one another, lifting each other up, and walking alongside families when they need us most.

As our community continues to walk alongside those affected by the Spokane wildfires, we invite you to come together in prayer and support.

Holy Hour for Those Affected by the Wildfires
📅 Friday, August 7
🕔 5:00 p.m.
📍 St. Charles Borromeo Parish

Following the Holy Hour, please join us at 6:00 p.m. for dinner and a presentation by local attorneys, who will offer guidance, information, and resources for individuals and families impacted by the fires.

Whether you have been directly affected or simply wish to pray in solidarity with our neighbors, all are welcome.

Please continue to keep those who have lost homes, those who remain displaced, and all of our firefighters, first responders, volunteers, and community members in your prayers. 🙏

As a Catholic community, we are called to love our neighbors and care for those in need. In the wake of the devastating Spokane-area fires, many families have lost their homes and are facing unimaginable challenges.

Through the Faith Through the Fire Fund, we have an opportunity to be the hands and feet of Christ by providing hope and support to those impacted. Every gift, no matter the size, is a tangible reminder that no family walks this journey alone.

At the Nazareth Guild, we believe that when our community comes together in faith, compassion, and generosity, lives are changed. We invite you to join us in answering this call by supporting the Faith Through the Fire Fund.

In the coming weeks, we'll also be sharing additional ways to serve, including a backpack drive to help students begin the school year with confidence, as well as other opportunities to support families in our community.

Please keep all those affected by the fires in your prayers. May we continue to be a source of hope, healing, and Christ's love for our neighbors when they need it most.
